Start in a long-sleeve base layer and a light top. You will be warm within ten minutes of the first rally, so pick things you can strip off between games.
Balls lose bounce in the cold, which slows the game and rewards patience. Keep a spare tube somewhere warm and swap them in if the game feels dead.
Floodlit evenings from October onward are our most requested hours. If you play regularly, a block booking or an off-peak membership is the reliable way to keep your slot.
