About us
Family-run padel on a Yorkshire farm
Founded in 2026 on our family farm, Poplars Padel brings new life to a building that has been part of our farming history for generations.
Run by Ed, Caroline, Amelia and Henry, we’re proud third-generation farmers, with our family roots here dating back to the 1920s.
Our padel venue was originally built in the late 1950s as a potato store before later becoming a grain store in the early 2000s. After years of serving the farm, the building has now been transformed into a modern padel destination for the local community.
We celebrated our launch on 24th April and officially opened our doors on 25th April 2026.
On the outskirts of Selby, Doncaster and Goole, it is a perfect place to catch up with friends and keep fit.
We’re incredibly excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to see Poplars Padel grow into a thriving social hub — bringing people together, promoting wellbeing, and creating a welcoming community for all ages to enjoy.
